Fran Koviak, or Mrs. "K" as she is called, both owns and resides at the Moot Pointe Bed and Breakfast. Mrs. "K" is perpetually plagued with health issues and frequently "dies" only to be brought back by her "secret elixir". Her cold, clammy, gray skin is a result of her many near death experiences and a substantial cigarette habit. Fran's early years in vaudeville, and her marriage (before his untimely death) to the head of Moot Pointe's Water And Graft Department, has left her with many "dear friends" in both entertainment and politics who frequent the B&B. She's known to be occasionally a bit "franatic" when it comes to celebrity sightings. Fran is grandmother and legal guardian to Marion Michael Morrison and his twin sister Luna Palooza Morrison.
